Cynthia D. Baker, CPA, is an audit partner in our Winter Haven office. Cindy has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience. She has provided these services to a variety of governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and other industries. Cindy is responsible for the attestation services provided from the Winter Haven office.

William R. Benton, CPA, is the Partner In Charge of our Sebring office. Bill provides accounting and taxation services to private industry clients, nonprofit organizations, individuals, trusts and estates. Bill oversees the Sebring offiice tax department and serves on several firm committees focused on improving processes and productivity.

Mike Carter is Partner In Charge of the Lakeland office. Mike has 26 years of experience in both public and private accounting, including 21 years of nonprofit and governmental auditing experience. Mike serves a broad range of clients with accounting and attestation services including governments, nonprofit organizations, businesses in a variety of industries, and individuals.

Julie S. Fowler, CPA, is an audit partner in our Sebring office. Julie has the responsibility for overseeing attestation services provided out of the Sebring office to a wide variety of clients including governmental entities, nonprofit organizations and businesses.

John H. Gray, Jr., CPA, is the firm’s Managing Partner and Partner In Charge of our Winter Haven office. Jay has more than twenty years of public accounting experience providing corporate, individual, and fiduciary tax services, as well as accounting, auditing and consulting services in a variety of industries. Jay serves a broad client base that includes local governments, financial institutions, privately owned businesses, and their owners.

Tammy J. Hancock, CPA, is a partner in our Sebring office. Tammy has practiced public accounting for over 27 years providing accounting and taxation services for private industry, individuals, trusts, estates and nonprofit organizations. She is a lifelong resident of Highlands County and has extensive expertise serving agricultural accounts including citrus and cattle.

Janice T. Jones, CPA, is a partner in our Lakeland office and serves as the firmwide tax partner. Janice provides accounting and taxation services to clients in the nonprofit sector, private industry and to individuals, trusts and estates. She oversees the Lakeland office tax department and serves on several firm committees focused on improving processes and productivity.

Kevin R. Kenny, CPA, is an audit partner in The NCT Group in our Lakeland office and has provided audit and accounting services for over 30 years. Kevin performs accounting and attestation services to a variety of clients, with an emphasis on serving governmental and nonprofit entities, including housing authorities.

Walker D. Wilkerson, CPA, MBA, is the firm wide audit partner and works from our Lakeland office. Walker has extensive experience providing consulting, accounting and attestation services to governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, private industry and individuals. In addition, Walker oversees the firm’s attestation processes and initiatives to increase efficiency.
