History
The NCT Group CPA’s, L.L.P., has practiced public accounting in Central Florida since 1959.
George T. Nunez, CPA, formed the public accounting firm Nunez and Nunez in 1959. Over the next fifteen years the firm grew, partners were added and Mr. Nunez retired.
In 1973, George's son, Charles Nunez, along with Tom Collins and David Touchton, formed the firm known as Nunez, Collins, Touchton and Company. Later the firm selected the name The NCT Group CPA's, L.L.P., to provide a constant name in the community and accommodate the addition of new partners.
In 1996, the firm formerly known as Dorrell & Hancock joined the NCT family providing a Sebring office location for the firm.
In 2002, NCT merged with both Tedder Grimley & Company, P.A., and Baker & Forbes, P.A., to become the leading independently owned public accounting firm in Florida's Heartland.
Today NCT has offices in Lakeland, Winter Haven and Sebring, Florida, and serves clients throughout the state of Florida.
