Julie S. Fowler, CPA
Julie S. Fowler, CPA, is an audit partner in our Sebring office. Julie has the responsibility for overseeing attestation services provided out of the Sebring office to a wide variety of clients including governmental entities, nonprofit organizations and businesses.
Education and Activities
Julie received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Freed-Hardeman University in 1996. Julie earned her Masters of Accountancy in 1997 from The University of Tennessee.
Julie joined NCT in 1997. She has been certified since February 2000 and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, Government Finance Officers Association and the Heartland Chapter of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association. Julie serves as a reviewer for the GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement of Excellence in Financial Reporting award.
Julie currently serves as:
- Treasurer for Leadership Highlands
- Advisory Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America Gulf Ridge Council
- Co-Chair of the Woodlawn Elementary School Advisory Council.
Julie is a graduate of the Leadership Highlands program.
